Welcome to Beat Academy! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.beatacademy.com, our digital courses, mentorship programs, community, and other related services ("Services"). By accessing or using our website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Our Services
You must be at least 13 years old to use our website and Services. By accessing Beat Academy, you affirm that you meet this age requirement.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of Beat Academy.

-You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
-If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to {support email address or toll-free number}.
-Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
-As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

2. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features, such as our courses or mentorship applications, you may be required to

Beat Academy offers both free and paid services. For any paid course, mentorship program, or
subscription:
- You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.
- All purchases are processed securely via third-party providers like Stripe or PayPal.
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Access may be revoked for failed payments or chargebacks.
4. Refund Policy
For digital courses and the Beat Academy Accelerator subscription, we offer a refund window,
provided the request meets eligibility requirements.
For the Beat Academy Mentorship program, due to the limited spots and personalized nature of the
experience, all payments are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site-courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks-is the intellectual
property of Beat Academy and/or Ivan Corraliza, unless otherwise noted.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from our materials
without prior written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform to distribute spam or harmful content
- Upload or transmit any viruses or malicious code
- Harass or harm other members of the community
- Use our content to train AI models or scrape data without consent
Violations may result in termination of your account without refund.
7. Community Guidelines
If participating in our online community (hosted via HighLevel), you agree to respect others,
contribute constructively, and maintain a positive environment. We reserve the right to remove users
who do not follow community standards
8. Third-Party Services
Our website integrates third-party platforms including HighLevel (for CRM and community
management), Stripe/PayPal (for payments), and other tools. We are not responsible for the terms,
privacy practices, or performance of these services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beat Academy and its affiliates will not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the
Services.
All content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

revised date. Continued use of the site after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised
Terms.
11. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising out of your
