Beat Academy offers both free and paid services. For any paid course, mentorship program, or

- Access may be revoked for failed payments or chargebacks.
4. Refund Policy
For digital courses and the Beat Academy Accelerator subscription, we offer a refund window,
provided the request meets eligibility requirements.
For the Beat Academy Mentorship program, due to the limited spots and personalized nature of the
experience, all payments are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site-courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks-is the intellectual
property of Beat Academy and/or Ivan Corraliza, unless otherwise noted.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from our materials
without prior written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform to distribute spam or harmful content
- Upload or transmit any viruses or malicious code
- Harass or harm other members of the community
- Use our content to train AI models or scrape data without consent
Violations may result in termination of your account without refund.
7. Community Guidelines
If participating in our online community (hosted via HighLevel), you agree to respect others,
contribute constructively, and maintain a positive environment. We reserve the right to remove users
who do not follow community standards

management), Stripe/PayPal (for payments), and other tools. We are not responsible for the terms,
privacy practices, or performance of these services.

indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the
